That has always been one of my favorites. :D :ebert:

Wow, they're almost prehistoric looking. What a great word... hippopotamuses ... it's a real mouthful. :) I just edited that post. Today is Tuesday, not Monday. I hadn't noticed. Two Mondays in a row!?! Now that's a scary post. ;)

I thought that was a quick moving storm. Mayflies?!? That is bizarre and actually kinda scary. Freaky.

I'm playing catch up. Bravo SWS! Wonderful photos and so interesting. :) I love the facepalm bear and the red eyes on the cicada and the woodpeckers with the three red heads coming out of the pole. Even the Oriole (which I have in my yard) despite my opinion of their baseball team - pretty bird.

:yay:  :) Happy Birthday, Cyclonus X-1

I was so sure that was the lyric I even had what I thought was the logic behind it worked out :rfl: It's a great visual.

Please don't associate Rush with scatological "humor" and references to human body excretory functions. Please respect the boys' work. :baabaa: There's a fine line between stupid and clever. Not that you're even close to clever. http://www.metacafe.com/watch/mv-qKQY2/this_is_spinal_tap_a_fine_line_between_stupid_clever/ See, if you were the one on all fours wearing a dog collar and a leash with a glove stuffed in your face, that would have been okay. It is a fine line indeed. ;)

Quick to judge, quick to anger, slow to understand

 That's a good one! I never saw that before. Maybe I should use it instead of the one I have. http://rockhumor.com/wp-content/uploads/2013/08/gedy-leesa-copy.png That's funny. And kinda disturbing on a few levels. not if you consider that DaVinci's original model for the painting was a man.. or so many believe I did not know that. Probably not a guy that looked like Geddy though. I wonder what he's smiling about? if I had boobs I might be smiling too.. might not ever leave the house either but I digress.. hey imagine how high his voice is in this pic! Like a Tweety Bird on helium ... the funniest review of Geddy's voice that I read back in the 80s.

Nice article. Thanks, Powderfinger. :)

Had to quote on this one... Coolest. Guy. Ever.

:ebert: EagleMoon. Always nice to see some Geddy in the morning. :D

So, if I'm choking, I'm supposed to call Geddy?

I like the first three songs, Dreamline the most. And, I like Heresy. The rest is innocuous. Not a bad album, overall. There are far better ones, however.

Probably p/g then the studio cut for me. I really like the studio track. Great song. :haz: And welcome to TRF. :) :hi:

:ebert: Great job, Kenny! You all sound very good. :)

:( I loved The Rockford Files and Maverick. Rest in peace, Mr. Garner.

I'd give a hearty meh to both songs. Neither is an example of their finest work. Musically, I find Speed of Love to be rather plodding and lyrically Dog Years to be quite mediocre. :meh:

Sirius is also known as the "dog star" in the constellation Canis Major (The Great Dog). Not their most horrendous song - that's probably Anagram. The line "seven years go by as one" has always resonated with me, especially as I get older. Edit: add Canis Major

I'm sorry for your loss, Motorshooter. :( What a touching discovery.
