Peter Sellers is brilliant in Strangelove, which gets my vote for the film I most enjoy. 2001 would be a close second, with Clockwork and Jacket just behind that film.

Tough one .. Kubrick didn't just make great films, he made all time great films   The Shining for me, with 2001 a very very close 2nd

I can't think of another director who made so many consistent, all time great films.   He wasn't prolific compared to other directors with decades long careers but what he made was just unbeatable IM

Fear and Desire and Killer's Kiss are Kubrick's film school projects. Films that show potential but suffer from lack of experience and lack of knowledge.   The Killing is where his talent takes off. I

He was all set to play Major T. J. King Kong. Kubrick wanted Sellers playing a character in all the locations. but Sellers sprained his ankle and couldn't (or wouldn't) play Kong. Apparently, he was frustrated with the accent and felt he couldn't do the role justice.
