I wrote a thread about WIRELESS years ago. The first Wireless album kicks fuckking RUSH ASS! Produced by Geddy.

It's beautifully remastered on Rock Candy Records.

It's a masterpiece.

The second album is solid too.

Yer call.

WIRELESS RULES!

I really hate to admit it.

WET DREAM THEATER

I remember seeing DT at The Stone in SF on the Images Tour.

I met all the guys.

The coolest dude was James.

We started to chat about influences and I said, like stating the obvious, you guys are very Rush influenced.

James looked at me and laughed. He said to me, "of course we love Rush and I'm from Toronto too!" He then signed the back of my ticket..

I still have that tucked away in my Japanese cd pressing of Images.

I LOVED DT.

RUSH was my gateway drug to the eternal exploration of progressive rock in general.

I was hooked like a redneck addicted to crystal meth.

Music is my drug of choice.

I love the ongoing shite on this forum about me going way back to 2006.

You normal boring folk assuming I was always on some sort of drug.

Hilarious.

I know I need to "LET IT GO."

Signed,

DEF LEPPARD and LOUDNESS

I fell in love with Camel thanks to RUSH.

I fell in love with Camel because of Opeth. For somebody(me)who loved everything prog in the 70s i cannot understand how Camel slipped past me.Check out Aussie mid 70s proggers Sebastion Hardie ,a mix of Camel and Focus(who upstaged them when they toured here in the 70s)
