My crew and myself will no doubt be at The Hard Rock Hotel right across the street from the venue. Poolside for most of the day then to the center Casino bar for some pre-show drinks and good times.

Post show.....same place at the center bar at the Hard Rock.

Simple as that. I look forward to meeting some of you peeps!

Never. Grew up in Miami Beach moved to the suburbs in 97 (Coral Springs) back to West Davie in 99 then to Parkland (a nice suburb of greater Fort Lauderdale) in 2009 where I will be for the next 20 years easy.

And now my 7 year old son will learn in time the Suburbs have no charms to soothe the restless dreams of youth cool.gif

A question for you Florida Rush fans. Alaska Airlines only flies in to Fort Lauderdale, Fl. At the moment, using a lot of miles and money going to Tampa with American Airlines involved is insane. There are only first class tickets available and there is no way in hell I am going that route. Flying straight to Fort Lauderdale staying a few days there and then driving to Tampa for the show is our best option miles and money wise. Is the weather nice then and is the drive a decent one? Thanks. 2.gif  trink39.gif

Yes, the weather should be nice although I'm unable to tell you what the weather will actually be like for that particular day.

Tampa should be around the mid 70's give or take a few degrees.

The roads shouldn't be too bad either altough you should use GPS to get you the best route. There is a lot of swamp land and lots of lakes to drive around so no really direct driving route.

Hope to see you there.

The weather is the best in the country in November. We have mild temps, barely any humidity (during the fall/winter months) and sunny most of the time. I rarely see rain unless a cold front is coming.

As far as driving to Tampa from Ft.Lauderdale. Piece of cake. Just take a straight shot north on I-75 and just google the address of your hotel and what exit to get off.

I recommend staying at the Hard Rock. If it is only going to be one night. It's well worth it. Very nice, clean and comfortable, lot's of tail, lot's good people, and no doubt a huge pre/post-party in the center casino bar. And they have a shuttle directly to the venue....across the street! Do not walk to the venue....very dangerous roads especially when it get's dark. Just shuttle over.

Hope to see you there.

Thanks for the info. I think were leaning towards flying Spirit Airlines to save some time for other things. Decent price so that may be our choice. trink39.gif
