Sorry for the wait but I've lost the sheet I'd done with my next twenty anagrams on. Anyway, as a stop gap, I present:

Somehow, I read it as "Hoot, he fares best", went over to my desk and started playing with letters, only realising there was something wring when I came up with The Tobes of Hares. biggrin.gif

 

However, a scan back over the actual question suggests the answer actually is

There's a story behind this. During a UK tour in the late 70s, Alex was a little bored and saw Geddy reading a comic. Angling for a look at it he asked
