MasterOfPuppets
Here's a band I'm a fan of, and I think most Rush fans will be able to enjoy as well, Mystery from Canada. Here's some songs. Let me know what you think! New_World_Man
Their singer(who's actually no longer with them)Benoit David was the lead singer for YES for a few years(taking Jon Anderson's place after he got sick). I have a couple of Mystery cds but haven't actually listened to them yet.

stoopid
I hear some similarities to Yes's longer '80s tracks. The lyrics are a bit trite. Overall they're deserving of praise, just not my cup o' tea. Not sure what flavor of prog you would categorize this (neo?), but it's the kind I'm consistently unimpressed with despite the immense amount of talent I'm hearing behind the music. MasterOfPuppets
Not sure what flavor of prog you would categorize this (neo?)... Neo and/or symphonic I guess. I don't feel they're strictly a prog band though. Edited October 6, 2015 by MasterOfPuppets

I don't feel they're strictly a prog band though. I'd consider them more of a "classic" prog band. Not bad though.
New_World_Man
They aren't old enough to be a classic prog band unless you mean they have that sound.
New_World_Man
Which ones do you have? Destiny? and "Beneath the veil of Winter's face." Oh and just for the record, progarchives lists them as "neo prog" not that it matters that much.

Beneath the Veil of Winter's Face was the first album I listened to by them which led me to become a fan. Destiny? is also a good album.
