Oracle
Until July 23rd, Steam is having a MASSIVE (and I do mean to put emphasis on that) sale on virtually ALL games being sold on the service. You'll find many items ranging from 40% to a whopping 85% off and will definitely be saving money on some big titles. Newer titles like Max Payne 3, Modern Warfare 3, and others are being sold at a stunningly low price. So far, I've bought: Binding of Isaac Soundtrack Legend of Grimrock Max Payne 1 + 2 Fallout 3 Game of the Year Penumbra: Overture Penumbra: Requiem Penumbra: Black Plague Indie Game: The Movie So for those of you who use Steam, take the chance and get some of these deals! King Whompus
Try to hold off on big name games (Skyrim, Max Payne 3, and many others) because the prices are going to keep dropping. The sale lasts 10 days, so take your time. I did finally get around to getting HL and HL2 both for 2.49. Team Fortress 2 items have dropped as well. I picked up a couple name tags for .99, originally for 4.99.
USB Connector
I got the half life collection for $10. I don't have a gaming PC so I'm hoping they drop Quantum Conundrum (think portal, but with John De Lancie as a mad scientist instead of Glados) and Fractal as part of a flash deal . ShlappinDahBass
Planning on getting Portal 2, also. $4.99 for that fantastic game? Wowzah! Thinking about Epic Games pack and id pack, too.
USB Connector
Anyone notice that a game about ponies is selling better than Deus Ex and Half Life? Look at the under $5 section on the second to last row.

Look at the under $5 section on the second to last row. If it's the magical adventure or whatever one, my friend had it gifted to him and it's hilariously bad When I saw it for $1 on that list I also gifted it to a friend. He launches the game if I sign in while he's online.
