ReflectedLight
QUOTE (invisibleairwaves @ Jul 23 2012, 04:19 PM) QUOTE (blackhawkrush @ Jul 23 2012, 02:03 PM) QUOTE (invisibleairwaves @ Jul 23 2012, 03:23 PM) Rick Nash to the Rangers for Brandon Dubinsky, Artem Anisimov, Tim Erixon, and a 1st. Rangers back to their old tricks of big signings. Nice to see Rick getting a chance in the other conference. Nash-Richards-Gaborik is one hell of a scary first line, at least on paper... all that matters is making the playoffs and putting the puck in the net in the playoffs. gaborik sucks in the playoffs, at least this past one he did. richards was ok and i'm not sure about nash. i'm not crazy about the deal. i like to build up and win within the farm system with minimal big signings on the outside. nash is no spring chicken either. Nash isn't worth it Yeah, there seems to be a trend lately towards more balanced offence, and giving up two secondary scoring options to get one guy kind of runs contrary to that. It gives them a really good top line, but hey, the Leafs had an awesome top line too, and look where it got them. Semi-interesting side note: the Jackets now have three first-round picks in 2013. Huh. Edited July 24, 2012 by invisibleairwaves

The Rangers top line is good yes i will agree but thats only if gaborik can actually come back to his old self
