Jocky Balboa
I love Montrose. He was a true pioneer of American Hard Rock. RIP Ronnie and thank you for the music. \m/

ozzy85
Paper Money did have some good stuff, didn't it? I get how you feel, dude. It's gonna be rough when my namesake kicks. It's just the age people are now it seems to be this kinda roll call. I ain't digging it. He's docked at Space Station 5 and bringing out his Marshall 100-watt stack... the groove just got heavier in the skies. We'll all meet in the end and groove, right? Perchance to Dream
What the hell is going on lately? Cancer sucks! RIP, Ronnie.
treeduck
I remember reading about a dispute Ronnie had with Gary Moore over ownership of a guitar. Gary bought a Les Paul in a shop and apparently it had been stolen from Ronnie and sold to the shop. When Gary died last year I thought that's the end of that dispute, now it's REALLY over... driventotheedge
Wow. Very, very sad. I wonder if some of it had to do with the cancer too......you know, like maybe being diagnosed as already terminal or too much pain from the disease or whatever. I suppose I shouldn't speculate and take his wife at her word. Maybe I just don't want that to be his sole reasoning. Thanks for the joy I felt listening to you and watching you Ronnie.
