RUSHHEAD666
Check this shit out. I can't believe my ears. Some of you heavy metalists will probably love this cover. I hate it. Especially the "Digital Man" Drum Machinist. Is it Neil? The Angry Mechanic? Kidding. Who does he think he is Travis Barker? Too many Pro Tools! Enjoy if you can: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ammqvMoE0_s
RUSHHEAD666
Wow! The lead singer is a lot hotter than Geddy!!!!!! http://espectrofm.com.ar/joomla/index.php?...icias&Itemid=
CruisingInPrimetime
I'm not a big metal fan, but I liked it. Really not bad at all. Reminds me of how they play it now cuz the lower tuning and the horrible vocals.
kbomb106
Well, it beats the hell out of the version on Red Star! It's ok. The vocals....well, not my cup of tea. Instrumentally, though, it's not bad.
kbomb106
Here's the Red Star cover I was talking about. Comparatively, this is pure crap. Upon hearing Red Star, my coworker actually asked, "Is this a tribute album or a spite album?"
Dscrapre
That actually sounded pretty good. I think that Rush would be proud.
ytserush
QUOTE (kbomb106 @ Feb 8 2012, 10:35 AM) Here's the Red Star cover I was talking about. Comparatively, this is pure crap. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V4jGSIQrVIU Upon hearing Red Star, my coworker actually asked, "Is this a tribute album or a spite album?" I enjoyed that. Is it better than the original? No. Easily beats the low bar set with Red Star. That has to be the worst Rush tribute ever made. I don't think I ever made it twice through that. Even the LUSH album was better than Red Star.
