He met Alex for the transaction (and really low-balled him) but said he was an awesome guy. Same house.. a guy I waitered with years ago put in Alex's pool in said pink house. I've seen Neil on his bike in the GTA (hard to miss if you see him). I've been in a Rosedale catering place a few times when Ged was in picking up dinner for the family (my old gf worked there and tipped me off - never spoke to him, though).
