If GC puts one in every store I would be surprised. It may be a limited run too.

Also look at the other guitars on that press page, many of them are specialty models. If they are on the press page then they haven't built very many yet. If there is no official site then they are not ready to go fully public yet. Once there is a web page for them you will probably see one in a store somewhere or be able to order one.

I just finished this Epi -355 conversion for a customer. He couldn't find the gold varitone switchplate so he had one made....unfortunately it got numbered 0-5 instead of 1-6....geez what a Spinal Tap SNAFU!

Who Made the Varitone plate for the guitar?

Dunno who made the plate...but if it were me I'd have taken it back and had them make another that goes from 1-6, not 0-5!
