I voted Signals, although it was really Exit...Satge Left that I was insanely excited about. I liked Rush going all the way back to '76 and had alot of their music, but '81 was the first year I had money on a regular basis.

CA hands down. I only got into Rush after Snakes and Arrows, so there is no possible way to have anticipated any other album.

I chose Power Windows because it hit when I was 16 years old. I remember waiting at the door of Rocky Mountain Records and Tapes at 9:00am. I wanted to be the first person in Boulder to own it! I still think PW is underrated!

I had been a really heavy user for about 4 years and was fully immersed in their stuff by then. I'd seen 'em a couple of times and was at the stage where was my drug of choice and I was a full blown junkie...I needed a fix in bad way and the pusher man couldn't get to me fast enough. I had a major jones and a pocket full of cash and nothing but time to spend riding the waves of ecstasy to nirvana...I was hooked and I needed that new strain hittin' the streets...It was called Power Windows.
