lerxt1990 Posted September 11, 2011 Posted September 11, 2011 Its not just calories. The sugar and the acid (diet drinks still have the acid) in those drinks (its just as bad in non carbonated sports drinks) are HORRIBLE for your teeth! Water or seltzer is the way to go!!!
1-0-0-1-0-0-1 Posted September 11, 2011 Posted September 11, 2011 QUOTE (Kelly D @ Sep 11 2011, 10:45 AM) Snapple is misleading when they say "made from the best stuff on Earth" and then pump their drinks full of HFCS. Not cool I agree, but they may have switched to sugar by now. Maybe someone can confirm that? Not that refined white sugar is much better, mind you.
Literatii Posted September 13, 2011 Posted September 13, 2011 Yes, cut out soda -- especially diet. It makes a huge difference. Google Clint Eastwood on soda. He has some funny comments about it, and never drinks it.
Kelly D Posted October 9, 2011 Posted October 9, 2011 QUOTE (danielmclark @ Oct 9 2011, 12:36 PM) Heroin doesn't contain aspartame, so I'm in the clear, right? Choose only organic heroin, if you can.
chemistry Posted December 22, 2011 Posted December 22, 2011 QUOTE (Mara @ Mar 23 2011, 11:05 PM) I drink 3 two liter bottles of Diet Mountain Dew per day. That and coffee. Of course it helps that I work out pretty religiously and the rest of my eating habits are pretty good. NO WAY!!!!
