rickyrob
QUOTE (sfuentes @ Apr 24 2005, 09:43 AM) What makes that 'growling' song during By-Tor & The Snow Dog? I've always wondered about this. Geddy Lee Seriously, on the FBN album (not shown on the CD), Geddy is By-Tor and Alex Snow Dog, so I assume its Geddy's synths that create the sound. Cygnus27
I always assumed they were triggered by either Geddy or Alex by using their foot pedals.
BackStagePass
This song still amazes me...with a millisecond of Neil hitting the opening drum, Geddy kicks in with full on vocals. That must be so difficult.

Superbaldguy
I read , somewhere, this sound was intentionally overdistorted bass. Pretty neat effect.
