Ted Barchetta
It's E, B, G#, A and B again. I'm going by the bassline on this one. It should be close to it.
1-0-0-1-0-0-1
QUOTE (Ted Barchetta @ Nov 1 2010, 02:03 AM) It's E, B, G#, A and B again. I'm going by the bassline on this one. It should be close to it. Close. For bass you have the notes right, but for guitar, that G# is actually an E chord with a G# bass note. So, the progression goes like this: E - B - E/G# - A - B Alex plays different variations of those chords throughout the song -- he plays suspended chords at times -- but for the sake of this project, the above should be good enough. flybyknight
Open E and G# on bass (Max Webster style)
psionic11
Right, E A E A B, almost a standard 3-chord rock song progression. The second E has the third at the bottom (E/G#), as mentioned earlier. Also, the chorus uses the same inversion with the third at the bottom: E (invisible airwaves) D (crackle with life) E (bright antennae) D (bristle with the energy) is the chord progression, but with the thirds on the bass notes it becomes E....... (invisible airwaves) D/F# (crackle with life) E/G# (bright antennae) D/F# (bristle with the energy) The reggae section is just E A B.
