1-0-0-1-0-0-1
It's a west coast company called Stone, makers of the Stone IPA mentioned in the other thread. I can't get it here in NY...

Audient
If you have "World Market" in your area -- it is like a Pier One Imports that sells food and alcohol too -- the World Markets around me (in Cleveland, OH) carry the Stone products. Love the Bastard! It has a hint of bitter citrus, reminisent of grapefruit.
Afterglow
The site lists their distributors: http://www.stonebrew.com/about_us/distributors/index.html The HQ is in San Marcos, CA. This is a very strong beer. I would say that it's a cross between a stout - very thick - and a strong ale. Here, read the warning for yourself: http://www.arrogantbastard.com/images/intro.gif The only place in Houston that I've found it so far is Specs, which is a local liquor warehouse type place. From this brewery, I like the Stone IPA better so far.
Digital Man
QUOTE (Moonraker @ Sep 13 2004, 11:11 PM)Where in the west coast *anxiously awaits his day This stuff kicks A**! It's dark & heavy, but without the "dirty, bitter" aftertaste of something like Guinness. Be careful though, it does pack a punch (7.2% alcohol, about twice that of normal beer) & it only comes in 23oz bottles (so one bottle is almost like drinking 4 Miller Lites ). Moonraker - Beverage's & More carries it. Arrogant Bastard shipped to your door!!
