jgt46
They are and were one of the supergoups. No such thing since the 70's has that happened. Roger Daltrey and Freddie Mercury were and are the greatest front men in Rock ever. For those of you who don't like them too bad. They wera phenomenal band. Very few will ever match them on stage. What is also great to me is my 16 year old nephew is into them a lot. He love classic rock bands. Not surprising at all since the beginning of the 90's there may be one or two good bands and the rest is crap.
Tull Fan Too
The Who kick ass! They are the first band that I fell in love with. I like all of The Who albums that I own, but I think my favorite era for studio albums is the time between Tommy and when Moon died. I also love the 1989 performance of Tommy, which was my first introduction to The Who. And The Kids are Alright DVD will blow you away- highly recommended. frouse
I'm not so much into their music as Keith's drumming. Even though he was a real freak, he was a good drummer too!

Hatchetaxe&saw
And as revealed by madra sneachta, they're playing Ireland in the summer!!! Who's Next is the one any budding fan has to get. Listen to Behind blue Eyes, then listen to Limp Biscuit's limp version. Deliberate mis-spelling there..... Form is temporary, class is permanent.
