LoneStar Boogie
I originally had this a few months ago on tap at Buffalo Wild Wings in Winchester, VA. I really enjoyed it. The beer goes down smooth, and there is a wonderful apricot presence all over the place, without being over-powering. Last week, I went to Buffalo Wild Wings in Martinsburg, WV, and tried another, and it was even better than I remember the first one being. And this was after having a Sam Adams Lager! I can't wait until next Friday night, when I get to go again.
tangy
Pretty good beer. In terms of Apricot flavored beers I think that Pyramid Apricot is the best though. I tend to dislike wheat beers but pyramid does them right. http://www.pyramidbrew.com/beer/beerguide/apricot_weizen.php I would like to try some other magic hat products. doubled_mystic
I like #9 quite a bit. The apricot isn't over powering, which I like, I don't want to feel like I'm drinking fruit juice with beer added to it. The Fat Angel which is their regular pale is also worth a try. Doomah
I love the Magic Hat brews, I haven't had #9 yet but I will try to track it down. Hoptical Illusion is my favorite so far.
