It's a composite of plane spotter videos, with the genuine conversation between Air Traffic control and the flight crew dubbed over it. Two points - 1. Thomsonfly is a budget airline which belongs to a UK travel company. It just goes to show that cheap need not mean unsafe. 2. The plane you see in the background at about 2.15 is Concorde.
