Here's a twist on an old favorite.

Turkey Meat Loaf

Need:
Ground Turkey
Bacon Bits
Adobo Seasoning
Bread Crumbs
White Wine

Coat pan with cooking spray
Mix all of the above together
Shape firmly into a loaf
Sprinkle a few more bacon bits on top
Gingerly Sprinkle some more White Wine on top
Place in pan
Cover with foil
cook at approx 350-375 for 30-45 mins.

Thanks biggrin.gif I had to make this after my post., gave it a little twist with some teriaki (?/Sp) sauce after it was cooked. Not bad - a new version. smile.gif

I can't belive I missed dinner - now I'll need to make it again biggrin.gif

I'm glad you enjoyed it.

 

If this cold ever stops and you get to BBQ - you can do everything the same and use the mix to for burgers. Yummy Grilling!
