Jack Aubrey
Most of you will remember him as Pa Kent in the 1978 'Superman' film, but his body of work was a lot more extensive. My favorite of his roles was as Admiral Spruance in 'Midway'. RIP, sir. Here is his IMDB page.
pedro2112
Wow. I never knew he was still alive. I, too, loved his role in Midway. "We'll Bushwhack em'!"
circumstantial tree
I remember his role in the slasher flick "Happy Birthday to Me". I think he played a psychiatrist.
rushgoober
I looked on the IMDB, and I think the only movie I ever saw him in was Superman, and even then I couldn't remember his part or what he looked like!
treeduck
Good, solid, reliable actor. He didn't have the charisma or star quality of say a James Stewart, but he always gave good value and was convincing in his roles. I've seen him in numerous films on TV over the years. I wouldn't have been exactly RUSHing (pun pun) to see his films but I'd say he was one of those guys that if I was for instance thinking of watching a film on TV on a quiet Saturday afternoon, I might see his name listed in the cast and go "oh Glenn Ford's in it, oh go on then I'll watch it..." you get me? One of those guys, solid... RIP Glenn...
GeddyRulz
I wouldn't have even guessed he was still alive. A nice, long life. "All I know, son, is that you are here for a reason."

troutman
That is a bummer I met his son once in California. Forget his name but, told me how his father and Red Skelton were close friends. He even sent me a picture of both men. I enjoyed all of his work very much!! RIP Mr. Ford
