A new store "Total Wine" opened up and they have the best selection of good beers in town, including many mentioned above. As of now I have had the pleasure of: Samuel Smiths Taddy Porter 3.75 729 Porter-Pretty Darn good! Youngs Double Chocolate Stout 3.81 1142 Sweet Stout- Pretty good. A nice dessert beer. Rogue Chocolate Stout 3.94 725 Sweet Stout-This is outstanding! Samuel Smiths Imperial Stout 3.97 943 Imperial Stout-Always a favorite. Excellent. Samuel Smiths Oatmeal Stout 3.96 1186 Sweet Stout -Excellent. My go to beer when I want something I know I will enjoy. Rochefort Trappistes 8 4.13 832 Belgian Strong Ale- This is beyond outstanding. I've never had another beer like it. North Coast Old Rasputin Russian Imperial Stout 4.12 1104 Imperial Stout-Good, but the alcohol is a little overpowering. Rogue Mocha Porter 3.65 734 Porter-a solid beer. Another quality beer from the folks at Rogue And in the fridge, standing by: Rogue Shakespeare Stout 3.93 874 Stout and the one I'm saving for a special occasion: Rochefort Trappistes 10 4.35 1118 Abt/Quadrupel- I can't wait to try this one! As far as Westvleteren Abt 12 4.52 790 Abt/Quadrupel being "widely distributed" if it is, I sure can't find it. Even on the net. I'd love to try it though. As I understand it, the only place you can purchase this beer is to make the trip to the monastary in Belgium.
