rushgoober Posted January 12, 2006 Share Posted January 12, 2006 hilda came to me last night as if in a fever dream, resplendid in flowing robes, her hair cascading magnificently in the moonlight. she spoke to me in hushed tones of ancient romances and shattered dreams, a look of tenderness in her face and poignancy in her eyes that moved me to tears. she then spoke long and lovingly of her days at TRF, and how she sensed her return was imminent, but she has been lost for what seems like many moons in the darkest depths of time and space, always striving for what up until now had seemed to be an unnamed and unknowable goal. she said she knows now that that goal is to come back to TRF, to continue posting and to enrich the lives of all those who will be effected by her return, but she does not yet know the way. i tried in my own small way to help her, and in the end i was able to help guide her somewhat through the darkness to this sacred goal that we all desire. i believe she is one step closer now to coming back to us. in the end she said something to me that was completely unexpected and left me, quite frankly, emotionally devestated. she uttered, "keep the flame of hope alive..." then she was gone, and I awoke.
