Yep I usually make my picks before posting them. Then on top of that I always fight the over think under think battle. Both approaches has it's pros & con's. :wacko:

To each their own... :yes: I also am involved in other pools as well, so I find it helpful to do a draft of who I am going to go with. Except for one team that I know I will always pick for the win (betchya can't guess who that team is :LOL: ). I really am not upset with how my ways of picking have served me so far... :D

Everyone is emotionally swayed by their own team. I've lost tons of points because i picked the Saints when I shouldn't have done.

Well my Bucs didn't win in DAL but we had them on the ropes for a few short spells and played a pretty solid game. I think with some of the lessons learned from that loss we could win in that bldg. I do not think my team is ready for a run to the big dance this year. Next year with some O-line help and a top reciever (or 2) it may be a possibility. There are several ways we make it into the playoffs this year. The best scenario is the Bucs win out and ATL loses 1 of their last 2. The Bucs would be NFC south division champs! A welcome change indeed as the last many year we have been cellar dwellars!!! Of course we could also get some help by losses from GB, DET plus a whole lot of other crazy mathematical scenarios. Most all depend on us winning out & everyone else losing :LOL: It's one game at time mentality or looking at the big picture as "1-0 seasons" that the Ole Buccos need to keep as their mantra! It is a treat for me have December football being a play for something time of season.

The Titans are the most annoying team in the pool, always win when you think they're going to lose and just when you think they're sure to win against a 2-12 team they lay an egg. The Titans are a 1 or 2 or 3 point team from now on for me, no matter how good or bad they're looking.

Yep I did it to me self this week

1st picked with heart instead of brain!

2nd got a case of dyslexia on not one but two picks that didn't really hurt me as bad as 1st reason. Just more frustrating :wacko:
