Just so no one is alarmed...I will be applying the 25-point penalty as per the rules outlined before the season started, quoted below:The penalty stands.If one misses Thursday = loss of the highest confidence points for the number of games played that week.If one misses picking a week = 25 points will be deducted from the total pointsI snuck the second one in and will wait for the ratified approval but I do think it is a good IdeaI'll vote for these rules. Here is the place for you to show your NFL savvy and or luck as you pick with the most confidence who will win and who will lose. We have a couple of new wrinkles from confidence pools of old. These changes have been made to make things more exciting and more fair.1- if one misses a pick Eg: Thursday night there will be a penalty assessed of losing the highest amount of (coinfidence) points for the week. This also includes the missing of picking a Monday night game.2- If one misses a week of picks a 25 point penalty will be assessed for each week missed3- The confidence pool will officially extend into the playoffs. :yay: there is a multiplier formula used that has been detailed in the 2016 confidence pool survey.Wild Card round point values will be 4,6,8,10Divisional round " " " " 5,10,15,20Confrence Championship- 20,25Super Bowl- 50 It has also been agreed that all participants will do their best to keep track of their weekly totals.
