The average rock music fan would go see 2/3rds of Rush, especially since the missing 3rd is the guy hiding behind the drum set, runs off the stage as soon as possible, and doesn't do anything tangible on stage but play drums. Alex and Geddy both interact with the crowd, run back and forth and Geddy sings.

It's all opinion, but how on a Rush message board, could anyone think that ANY Black Sabbath would be better than almost any Rush, especially than line-up, is beyond me, and I like a lot of Sabbath.

I looked back more than 2 years and didn't see anything so I thought I'd start this. Edison's Medicine is one of the greatest songs to come out of that era, imo.

If the average Rush fan, and more hard core fans who weren't musicians, were blindfolded, taken to a "Rush" concert with a different drummer or guitarist, not many of them would guess it wasn't Peart or Lifeson playing. There are literally thousands of drummers and guitarists playing professionally, and probably the vast majority of them can play as well as either of those 2, or at least well enough that most fans couldn't tell the difference. Only Geddy has that voice, so he'd be the one that isn't replaceable.

Again maybe a tour bus, plane and a masseuse instead of a BMW motorcycle. Why should he give up something that gives him so much joy in order to please some of his fans? Seems pretty selfish of them.

Any band that has a vocalist that screams or growls instead of sings, sucks. Some of those Nu-Metal bands like Korn, Limp Bizkit, etc, suck. Bands that seem to care more about how they look than the music the play, suck. Bands that are in it for the shock value like Cannibal Corpse and Anal c***, suck. There are probably more but I'm tired.

How much do you have to dislike Ariana Grande to do this? Of course, it has nothing to do with her except she's white and from the US and probably most of the people at the concert are probably white and represent many of the things ISIS seeks to destroy. With the current immigration policies in Europe, this kind of thing will only continue or get worse.
