  3. QUOTE (ladirushfan80 @ Apr 12 2005, 06:40 AM) THANKS NPG....it's all your fault..... I spent A FORTUNE at kohls on friday..... (J/K) ..... but not about spending a fortune.... really it was only just over $100.00...but none of it was FOR ME!!!! blasted teenage girls... but i did save about $30.00 with their grand opening specials..... Hey I'm only responsible for my addiction, not anyone elses!! Seriously, I need to stop buying clothes for about a month, its getting out of hand. Ok, 2 weeks, I will stop for two weeks. Who the $(#@* am I kidding??? ANYwho, ditto Dweez on the Birkenstocks. *shudder*
  4. Donal Logue is hilarious. It'd be hard for me to take him seriously.
  5. Damn I didn't know that about the sr. discount!!! Unfortunately my mom is not old or old looking, so that's out. You'll be glad to know my sweet Chasy never criticizes me when I shop. I think in a way, he is amused!! (Just wait till we have combined finances, he may not be as amused. I spent $80 yesterday at Kohl's. Spike, I hate that you're having so much trouble!! Geez, I dunno what to say. I have to pare down what I find at Kohl's!!!!!!
  6. Hmmm me thinks I know you from somewhere, iluvgeddy!
  7. QUOTE (Jack Aubrey @ Apr 6 2005, 08:31 PM) QUOTE (neilpeart_gal @ Apr 6 2005, 04:51 PM) He should bloody well get one!! (That's KOHL'S btw honey. Where's Capn. Imychekin when you need him?? What is it with Kohl's? We've got one right down the road, and when my wife's friends found out, they all immediately decided to come over this weekend and go there with her. Does Kohl's give away free shoes or something? Listen. Don't even JOKE about something like that. But seriously, Kohl's freaking RULES. They have everything and the prices are very reasonable. I swear you could buy almost everything you need to live at Kohl's (except they don't sell food or hygiene products ) ! When I tell Chas I've gone to Kohl's, the normal (and first) question is 'How much?'
  8. Rickyrob. ladirushfan -- let the obsession begin!! Guess where I'm going at lunch? KOHL'S!!! Their charge card is great because on the statement, they will tell you the amount you need to pay to avoid a finance charge, and its usually something very reasonable. I paid like $80 to them in January (after doing all my Christmas shopping there) and have yet to pay a dime in interest.
  9. Tis true. Remember, I have nothing but affection and appreciation for the man.
  10. Yes, I totally agree, ES. I'm just being a woman, trying to save his fashion soul.
  11. He should bloody well get one!! (That's KOHL'S btw honey. Where's Capn. Imychekin when you need him??
  12. Thanks for the pic, PF. I forgot to capture the link of the one I'd seen. Bob Vila indeed!! We need an episode of TLC's 'What not to Wear' for famous filmmakers.
  13. I truly love and appreciate George for enhancing my childhood (and adulthood) with my beloved 'Star Wars'. HOWEVER, he is in dire need of a makeover. What is UP with the same hairdo/glasses/beard/plaid shirts since the 70s??? Yes, I am incredibly shallow. Anyway I noticed this (again) when I read that he and Cameron are considering bringing back 3D movies (weird glasses and all). You may comment on either (or both) topics.
  14. Kohl's rules. Remember what I told ya about their charge card. I paid $70 on it last month, have a balance right around $200 and have yet to be charged a penny of interest.
  15. I no lookie at Kohl's, I buy-ee.
  16. Ok but lots of that is out of my price range. Yet I will still go to Kohl's at lunch tomorrow and shop (hey, they're having a sale!!!).
  17. I'm going to tell Chas that you posted that link. The shopping problem will now be referred to as 'GG's fault.'
  18. In my defense, they look MUCH bigger in the picture!!! I think I need a

Someone told me I needed to try wearing one for some of my lower back pain.
  20. Yeah, Unforgiven. Great film. Looking forward to seeing "Million Dollar Baby." Just saw my first spaghetti western at New Years when Chas was here. 'Fistful of Dollars'. Classic!
