Nice! I thought in the beginning that I would obsess over the numbers, and I am, but in a good way! It's been so interesting to see how active I am and it makes me stay active. Yesterday, I took 29,083 steps (and yes, it actually counts every single step you take - I've watched the numbers go up one at a time while walking), all my steps added up to 13.55 miles and almost 3,500 calories burned. I drank 100 ounces of water and water is something I tend to forget to drink but tracking it makes me drink it more often.
  3. You. Will. Have. An awesome time! Just saw the boys last night and they were insanely awesome. What a show!!

How much are they? I can see it working for some people but I don't think it'd suit me. I think I'd be like those dudes that think so mechanically about their golf swing that they'd forget to enjoy the game. Amazon is currently selling the, "Flex" for $75 and the, "Charge" for $123. I think with the, "Charge" you are able to get your results right on your wrist. With the, "Flex" I need to access my progress through my phone. Which means I also have to now run with my phone because I can see through the app what my pace is and I like that feature. It helps me train and make sure that I'm not slacking! I was able to pick one up from a neighbor who was selling a brand new one for $60. That seems to be the going rate on craigslist too. It's lightweight and sleek. I forget I'm wearing it. You do have to wear it all the time. It's waterproof which is a nice feature.

I just picked up a, "Flex" the other day and I love it!! http://www.effifoods.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2015/03/fitbit-flex-gad-fflex.jpg I use it to track my sleep, distances I run, track my exercise and how much water I drink. It measures how many steps you take in a day, how many calories burned, you can track your caloric intake and start a food plan. It is amazing! I am really digging the sleep function. It tracks your sleep pattern and in the morning you can see the report. For example, last night, it took me 14 minutes to fall asleep, I awoke 3 times during the night, I was restless 9 times and the breakdown revealed that I actually only got 5 hours and 23 minutes of good sleep. Does anyone else use one?
  6. Oh, F U man! You were right up front?! Awesome! I managed to score decent tickets. We were in the first section up and directly in front of the stage. It made for an amazing experience.
  7. Man, that would be $110 for the sitter, plus pizza and snacks, plus parking, food and drinks for us! Yowza. Rush is worth it though.
  8. Now you're just a fat fool who can barely get out of bed! I read that as, "fart tool." Ima use that so much now! So many people I know who fit that title. Me as well, after certain meals at certain times I go on a spectacular super inferno 100 farts rampage! I'm a very competitive person in a house filled with boys. Once, I ate cabbage, onions and beans. Junior pulled my finger and the house was akin to being in a wind tunnel. I was so very proud of myself. I hold top honors. My incredibly upset, gas-filled belly pain was SO worth it!

  10. It's the bacon that makes them so heavy. And delicious.
  11. I'm not a power lifter but I do like going to the gym to lift weights. I run at least once a day, sometimes twice and go to the gym 3-4 times a week to work out my upper body. I don't want to be buff at all but I do want to see definition in my arms. I want to be strong and healthy. Besides, my youngest weighs like, what a moose weighs and I usually need to carry his sleeping carcass upstairs every night. I may look like I'm wrestling a beefy midget but gosh darn it, I can lift that beefy midget!
  12. Thanks guys! That's what I was thinking. It will make a long night for the sitter.
  13. Good luck with your ghost.
  14. What is the length of the show? Babysitter's asking questions.
  15. I have a pretty healthy diet. I avoid fast food, don't drink pop or eat sweets. I also watch my portion size. I refuse to eat anything low calorie or fat free because it never tasted good! Keeping the portions under control lets me indulge in the foods I really like. For exercise, I run once, sometimes twice a day, every day. Four miles in the morning and usually 3 in the afternoon if I have the energy. I also go to the gym four days a week. There's a thread on working out that's pretty interesting: http://www.therushforum.com/index.php?/topic/83839-working-out/ :)

  20. At least you'll never be short of sheets! http://fun.resplace.net/Emoticons/Halloween/FlyingGhost.gif.pagespeed.ce.yhIyIdckvt.gif Would you take the time to get to know them? You know there's always going to be that one who is extra irritating and I'm sure there would be a whiney one. What if one had a really good sense of humor?! You'd be all, "Oh man, you are on fire tonight Bill! But seriously, I need to go to sleep now." "BOO! BOOGITY BOOTY BOO!" Shut up Smitty. I need to go to sleep!
