Yes Mr. Terrapin, tell it like it is! Vapor Trails Snakes & Arrows Clockwork Angels All three releases are wretched messes. Everybody who says these abominations are a "masterpiece" have no taste in music. NONE! These albums are so bad I must troll! I can't help it!

There is almost more horrible studio Rush albums than there are quintessential ones: Quintessential Rush albums: Fly By Night 2112 A Farewell to Kings Hemispheres Permanent Waves Moving Pictures Signals Grace Under Pressure (2nd side saves it) Not quintessential but had some good songs on there Rush albums: Rush Caress of Steel Power Windows (big money saves it from being horrible) Roll The Bones Presto Horrible Rush albums: Counterparts Test For Echo Vapor Trails Feedback Snakes & Arrows Clockwork Angels

I voted "I hate all three". Like someone said in the Rolling Stone review thread this producer has made another safe sounding rock album. The Nickelback reference is perfect. Vapor Trails/Snakes & Arrows/Clockwork Angels all run together in a big ball of blandness (except maybe Caravan). I can't tell any songs apart. Sad, I was hoping they would get away from that after the promising Caravan single. More synth's, more proggy, less bluesy rock! That goddamn Feedback album sent them into a slump deeper than Bacchus Plateau!

Still blowing my head up - it's tight! Can't hate on Metallica anymore.

It's good! It shows the real cancer was Bob Rock. This is the real followup to Justice For All.

Best: Farewell to Kings Worst: tie between Snakes & Arrows and Hold Your Fire

Not available on CD but an excellent instrumental album, very Rush-like download on Itunes: Damage Manual - "Limited Edition" (Instrumentals) The regular version is no good. Chris Connelly's (the Ministry guy) voice is horrible. He ruins the awesome music.

179. The fadeout on Countdown, Vital Signs & Digital Man. Nobody is better at fading out a tune than Rush.

Riot - Fire Down Under (half man, half seal creature)

Signals - pure electronic genius
