The new season is underway. Tommy and family are as hilariously dysfunctional as ever.

Best Bond film in a while. I was wary of Craig when he was tapped to be the new Bond, but he did an excellent job.

Good choice. I think Drew will do an admirable job. Thank goodness (as others have said) it wasn't Rosie!

I'm watching an old episode of King of Queens right now and Turtle is in it and plays a high school student and looks very, very young and much thinner.

Spinal Tap. Even though I own it on dvd and have seen it dozens of times, if I am channel surfing and its on, I stop and watch. I don't care how many times I've seen it, I still crack up. Gladiator. Another one I own and have seen it dozens of times. But I still watch every time. edit: guilty pleasure: Eddie and the Cruisers, I gotta watch it

Well, season 6 is done and what an ending it was! It looks as if Aceveda is realizing that he needs Vic, despite how much that displeases him. I cannot believe Shane ratted out Ronnie and Vic to the Armenians. When Vic finds that out, combined with the fact that Shane killed Lem, that outlook isn't so bright for Shane. With the next season being the last, I can certainly see Shane being killed off. The big question is will Vic get away with all of his past sins without penalty?

I have had one of these ( a Sony DVP-NS75H) for a couple of months now. I am happy with it, but I will add I only see the benefit on newer releases. A lot of the older stuff really doesn't look any different than it did on my old player. I wonder if it has to do with the technology that was originally used? The newer stuff does "upconvert" nicely and I can see a difference. I paid $109 at Best Buy. But, just as Jack said, you must use an HDMI connection to see any difference. edit: you can get HDMI cables much cheaper than $60 from this place the shipping is free and it usually arrives within a week. Hey, if it will save me 50 something bucks, the wait is worth it to me. And the quality is just fine. Don't let the guy at the electronics store tell you that you need to spend $100 on the Monster cable.
