Is it worth watching? It's not getting high praise in Denmark. It's decent enough. Far from the worst thing I've seen this summer, if that's any recommendation. If Dunkirk is a 10 how would you rate it? :D 6. Tolerable, and much better than 90% of the garbage put forth this year. That's good enough for me.

I keep meaning to watch it. Glad to hear that it is interesting! I have looked at this several times to watch but never have. Seemed like it would be boring. Glad to hear that it's not. I think a part of that is Clint Eastwood's directing. He keeps the running length to an hour and a half. Any longer and it wouldn't stick together.

"How soon can we land?" "I can't tell." "You can tell me, I'm a doctor." "No, I mean I'm just not sure." "Can't you take a guess?" "Not for another 2 hours." "You can't take a guess for the next 2 hours?" I love dry humor like that

Didn't think there was much to this film, but when it turned up on Netflix I gave it a shot and was surprised of the aftermath for the pilots.

I can't access the link on Facebook, but I'm highly sceptical. I see countless of sites on FB selling unlicensed artwork from bands.

I sometimes get self-conscious about my height when I'm at a gig, but most of the times if I'm standing in front of very short people, I let them stand in front of me. That's usually females. The guys can see just fine. Happens almost every gig I'm at. When I was in Amsterdam with my mother and brother seeing Rush, a group of 3 men were standing in front of us. My brother is roughly the same height as I so we could see just fine, but my mother isn't near that high, so when then the 3 men noticed she was having difficult seeing, they rearranged so that my mother could see. They didn't have to since it was general admission on the floor, but they showed great courtesy.

Maybe it's time to train my self discipline. Do you still ride your bike a lot? ...or am I confusing you with another TRFer? I did use to so it could be me you're thinking of. Honestly I don't ride it as much anymore which is not good. I have been going to the gym though lifting weights. Yeah, it was you I was thinking of. I remember you had been doing some pretty good rides. I really should be going before the summer ends.

Here's a couple ... The "Long live the king" scene from The Lion King. Still gives me a lump in my throat. I haven't watched Disney movies in ages, but I think the subject matter in that movie was bold, and very very deep in a psychological way. The end scene of The Mist for obvious reasons. The violence in Pan's Labyrinth. I believe there's a hidden treasure in that movie, but I don't know if I can ever watch it again. I don't want to feel that depression again. The sex scenes from The Room. The funeral scene from My Girl. I was a young kid and it was the first movie that brought tears to my eyes.

I didn't like that ending. It didn't really make much sense to the main character. He went through all that he did in the first 99% of the movie...THEN, he finally decides to do what he did?! I didn't buy it. I didn't like much of the movie anyway. But the ending was the bad icing on the bad cake for me. It makes sense to me. He wouldn't do that if he didn't think all had been tried. It's an act of desperation.

Baking this ... and cooking that ...
