    I don't have the CD yet so I too can't comment on the music, but from what I've seen of the artwork, I voted 2.

    Although I've listened to the clips of the songs one time, and I've heard Headlong Flight 4 times, I'm waiting...Hell I don't even know how so many people have heard it already!!!! Where did they get their copies....and where in the hell does eveybody have time to start so many threads????!!!! Not to mention read and respond to them!!!! Doesn't anybody here work?

When CP was released it just kinda slid by me, I was excited about the record and saw them on tour but it was just another record at that point. But by the time T4E was released I had rediscovered my love of music and was soooooo excited about T4E. The first time I heard T4E was when the band was in one of those special radio studio live interviews and they were discussing the record, the production, what went into it and what they went through to make it. I even taped it so I could listen over and over until the official record release... And then they played the record for the first time...I couldn't believe my ears....What the hell was I hearing???!!! Here I was on a huge high and this just crushed my expectations....With the exception of a song or two I thought were OK at best I hated it and still do. So T4E is special for me too, 'cuz I wasn't able to regain the love for I was hoping to regain, and I've never looked at any of their albums the same way since.

    Got 15 but was working on Radiohead and Misfits, knew the genre and had ideas who they were but ran out of time. Never wouuld'a got the other three.

Well there have been many "what do you think this song will sound like?" type threads so although you're being sarcastic, you're not altogether inaccurate in what you're saying.

    Two days ago I turned 45 and I feel I deserve about 30 years worth of ass whippings for never getting into Iron Maiden. Of course I know the band, their albums, the players, and some of their songs but a couple of years ago I watched Flight 666 and I would hear them on Sirius's Boneyard and it was like the lights came on!!! I downloaded about 20 songs and have had them on my phone in heavy rotation, but just lately all I can ask myself is WHERE THE F HAVE BEEN????!!!! I F'n love this band and hate myself for never getting into them when I was a kid and should have but I was such a huge snob I never gave them the chance. Anyway I've been wanting to get their catalog but wasn't sure which to get first and this thread, and all of you who have posted in it have been a great help. THANKS!!! Now if only they would come to Florida. Just for the record this was my 333rd post.
