I landed two sets of ticks in today's pre-sale...Sect. 101, row A...I like these a lot! I had a very GEDDY night! Just a little Alex and pretty much zero Neil, but wow! What a show! As always, amazing energy from the crowd and the band was on fire...Geddy's voice is in FINE shape! Rock on, all!!!

What a fantastic show! The boys are in a serious groove right now. They were quite tight; and despite what I have been reading about Geddy's voice, he sounded great!

 

I wound up with better seats due to some people insisting that my seats were theirs. The show was much louder than when I saw them at the Shoreline last summer, but the sound quality didn't suffer.

 

I noticed that Neil is back to using his inner-ear monitors. He was an absolute monster last night. His solo was more structured, which I enjoyed very much.

 

To me, it seems that their energy level is higher than it was on the S&A tour.

Wow! My seat in row A (seat 8, not #5 like I originally thought) was effectively FRONT row on the rail, a bit outside of Ged's normal stomping ground but he made his way over a couple of times and I could have reached out and touched him! Super cool...the security person was very relaxed about me moving around and encroaching the rail as long as I wasn't blocking the wheelchair folks or getting in the way of them doing their job so I spent most of the night about 10 feet from the stage and about 15 feet right of Geddy's keyboard set-up...an amazing, rockin' GREAT show!
