Blue J Posted September 28, 2015 Share Posted September 28, 2015 I love Halloween! Every year in the Saturday before Halloween we have a bunch of people over to watch "Psycho". A tradition that started 20 years ago when we discovered our neighbour had never seen the movie. It grew from four people that first year to a pretty good size open house. Music by Alice Cooper...of course! Sounds like fun. My stepfather had a friend who had a log cabin out in the woods, in central Ohio- we used to go up for his massive overnight Halloween party every year- about 150-200 people, with a bonfire, people singing and playing guitar around it, a big cauldron full of chili, palm readers and fortune tellers...he also had a graveyard on his property that dated to the 18th century, which was a lot of fun, considering the occasion. Great memories.  My sister also looooved Halloween. And she really didn't enjoy Thanksgiving or Christmas. She would decorate her house inside and out for Halloween, and leave it that way until after December 25th. :) 2 Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
