2112 Rush Day YouTube channel!

A channel is being set up on YouTube in honor of Rush Day (Dec. 21, which in other parts of the world is written 21/12).

 

On Dec 21, the channel will debut a diverse collection of Rush covers from fans everywhere. If you have a Rush cover, you can send it in to be included.

The signs certainly are there- Rush voted into the RRHOF the same year that the world was predicted to end on day 2112 is just not the kind of evidence that should be ignored!

End of the world jokes aside, apparently, Dec 21 actually IS normally written as 21/12 every where else except for in the US. This seems odd to me. Is it actually true?

VH1 Classic is programming all Rush all day today (Friday the 14th) in honor of their induction into the RRHOF.

Yes- they are running Beyond the Lighted Stage, the TMT, and the Classic Albums episode with 2112 and MP over and over and over all weekend long.

 

Kind of a pity that TMT is the one concert so many people hear when Geddy's voice was a bit off that day.

Yes, the rest of the world writes Day/Month/Year.

 

Off topic - if you are doing academic research the American way Month/Day/Year is so much easier to use.
