Absolutely yes.gif

Any idea which classic Zappa members (if any) are still doing it?

I know originally it was (the fantastic) Napoleon Murphy Brock with occasional guest spots from Terry Bozzio and Steve Vai (as per the DVD)

While a later tour had (the world famous) Ray White.

It would be great to see some other old members.

Sa them on the progressive nation tour a few years back with DT.

They were sick.

Well worth it.

I saw them on the prognation tour as well...and to be honest... they kind of overshadowed Dream Theater. I have been looking for a chance to see them again since... it sucks that they are coming nowhere Austin on this tour...and were only touring as a supporting act previously.

I dont think there are any regular members in Dweezil's band that there were in Frank's...but Dweezil certaintly inherited the ability to select world class musicians to play with, a knack that Frank was so good with....so 30 bucks is a steal.

Yes, absolutely, without question. GO! smile.gif

And I'm not just saying that because Scheila is a good friend of mine. They really are that great!!!!!

Wow, really?! ohmy.gif

Of all the highly talented people in the band, Scheila Gonzalez was by far the one impressed me the most. Saxophone, keyboards, flute and vocals. And all brilliantly.

Her sax solo in Eat that Question blows my mind!

Yes, it's true! smile.gif Scheila and I go way back to music school in college. We occasionally get to gig together, which is fantastic. She's an amazing musician and a great person.

Hell, I nearly auditioned for ZPZ myself! Never say never, I always say... smile.gif
