Tony R
QUOTE (ILSnwdog @ Mar 3 2011, 10:29 PM) My son is four, and the little guy begs me to play Run To The Hills from Iron Maiden every time he gets into the car. He says "This is rock n roll, right Dad? So this is cool!" It warms the cockles of my heart when I hear him screaming "RUN FOR YOUR LIIIIIIFFFEEE" in the back seat. As long as he doesnt start singing "Bring Your Daughter To The Slaughter" at pre-school, eh?
Bastille Dave
i didnt grow up listening to my parents music, although I did hear the radio as a kid, mostly AM radio. I grew up spinning my sister's records circa 1976-'78. The first time I heard "Van Halen 1" was at a friend's house in 1978 and that started me into the next generation of rock/metal (harder bands like VH, Judas Priest, Scorpions, Triumph, Iron Maiden, etc...)
