Majestyk
QUOTE I've heard lots of good things about the West German Atomics and Japanese 25.8P for both The only WG Atomic that has any special merit, is Moving Pictures (the second master that is). The other WG Atomics are all the same as the U.S. releases. It's funny seeing how over priced they are on Ebay, for no reason. The more people that don't know how good the Canadian Anthem Rush CD's are, the better...Because I don't have them all yet. They are better than all the other releases, including the Japanese. I won't say anything more, I don't want to open a can of worms, until my collection is complete. (Only two more to go)
Todem
MFSL Signals is my favorite version and it is not close. The warmth that comes out from that is unmistakable. Geddy's bass sounds as if I am in the control room listening to the master source tape on the console. SAme for the Permanent Waves MFSL.
The Cat 3
I really like the MFSL versions, especially Signals. Really looking forward to the new remix on 05 April of Moving Pictures, hopefully they'll give Signals the same treatment.
