Kessel scores a goal that's on the line, ref waves it off, video review agrees. Hossa scores a goal that's on the line AND kicked in, ref calls a goal, video review agrees.

Remind me again why they bother with video review?

Not that it matters much. Habs score on their bazillionth odd-man rush of the night. 4-1. "Ole" clearly audible at the ACC.

See ya next season, Leafs.

In Hossa's case, the call on the ice was good goal. They didn't see an angle that would dispute it, therefore it was called a goal. I believe you read my post regarding the kicking part of it. Remember what they play in Detroit after somebody scores on them? 653.gif Get over it 653.gif

I'm over it. Read my other post. wink.gif

I'd just like some consistency, that's all.

Anyways, Canucks/Flames now. Last season the Canucks closed things out with a game against the Flames. They were finishing up the best season in team history to date, with nothing left to clinch but a scoring title for a Sedin. So, basically the same as this game. I'm hoping the similarities

Oh, and this is the first and only game all season when the entire top 6 defensive corps has been together and healthy. Crazy.
