The Owl
I just Downloaded IE 8... I have not really gotten into it yet, so I can't comment on the new features. I do like the "inprivate" browsing (or as G4 called it "porn mode") that dose not keep browsing history, or cookies.

circumstantial tree
I've also downloaded it. Nothing too spectacular or different than the previous. However, you can look at your history and delete whichever sites you'd like. I think previously, you deleted all your history or none of it. How are you getting sick of Chrome and not IE 8? IE 8 is still a snail in comparison to the other webkit browsers out there and such. A statement by Microsoft themselves said something to the effect that they are no longer trying to gain users, or wow anyone, but keep who they have. Translation: They know they lost and don't care enough to make a product that is new and innovative. Now they just add catchup features.

IE 8 is giving me some "not responding issues" I am using firefox now. Chrome works horribly on forums. Espically if you highlight and alter text....(IE bold text).... and most video software (say like abc.com or fox.com video players) are not adapted for Chrome yet... and wont work.. Fire Fox is the superior. hands down.
