Dweez, Have you ever read any Everest stories/seen any of the movies (particularly the HiDef Discovery one) - absolutely amazing. I have a major fascination with Everest and what has transpired there over the last 100 years (wasn't it like 1908 that Edmunf Hillary made it to the peak?).

My only mountain experiences are reading the National Geographic (they did a whole issue on Mt. Everest last year) and going to the Rockies here in Alberta and BC.

 

I am absolutely terrified of heights, but have some strange attraction to mountains? I could just sit and gaze for hours.
