Warren Cromartie Posted July 4, 2007 Share Posted July 4, 2007 It's basic premise is in the chorus -- that it's very difficult not to get swept up into whatever attitudes are prevalent in your culture. The trees like the ones you see in the cd booklet are a metaphor for this -- they're permanently bent because of the prevailing wind. They have to go with the flow or break, basically.
