I love that song soo much. Nightlife and Fighting go back and forth as my favorite Lizzy albums depending on my mood. Right now its Nightlife for sure. The album version of Still in Love with You contains my favorite guitar solo of all time and is up there with my favorite songs period.

RIP Phil and Gary

Oh yeah, fun fact about the song Nightlife, it's the only Thin Lizzy song where Brian Robertson plays a Stratocaster. I heard a story about how the producer was telling Brian that he couldn't pull off a solo fitting for that song, so he grabbed a Strat that was lying around and busted it out in one take. Anyone else heard about that little anecdote?

I was at the grave of Phil (RIP) in 2011 when Rush played in Dublin. Here's a pic

Just finishing up my Thin Lizzy marathon today.

They have long been one of my most favourite bands, so no surprise at how enjoyable the trip has been.

I am always surprised, however, that they weren't bigger.

Working my way through these 500+ songs, I am just blown away by their sound

and at how many memories I have that are associated with their music.

Another reminder as to why I am so thankful for having music in my life.

:rose: Rest in peace Philip Parris Lynott.

This is on my bucket list. Someday I will be here and I will kiss that statue and then I will have a beer with my buddy Hatchet!

The greatest Lizzy song of all time is "THUNDER AND LIGHTNING!" I'm cranking it right now!! It's nice to have my stereo back now that the wife is OUT!

I'm jumping up and down like a fukking nut!!! I will never grow up!

Rock And Roll is my true love!!!

I know I stated somewhere that "Thunder And Lightning" is my favorite Lizzy album, but I also have a very strong love and obsession with "NIGHTLIFE!" MASTERPIECE! The bonus disc package makes me "cream in my jeans." BBC LIVE!!!

I want a Thin Lizzy tattoo.
