the masked drummer
Hi all, I know I'll catch some tough criticism from Rush fans, but here goes... Check out this video clip. It only took 13 hours of work for 40 seconds. Thanks for checking it out. Yes, guitarist is in eighth grade. -tmd imbedded object code:

rushfanNlv
Right on man. You actually play in the mask? All this time I just thought it was a cool user name. Must get hot as hell!!! Your band is tight and exciting to listen to. Good work!

All this time I just thought it was a cool user name. Must get hot as hell!!! Your band is tight and exciting to listen to. Good work! Thanks. That means a lot to me. It does get hot, but we're only doing 36-minute sets right now. Believe me, when I get offstage I'm running for the dressing room tearing my mask off. I need a cooler one if we get to the "A" level, for sure. I never noticed it until now, but doesn't snakedawg (guitarist) look a little like a little Alex Lifeson? Maybe that's a stretch... http://www.geocities.com/sunsetstrip/underground/6756/alex2.jpghttp://myspace-524.vo.llnwd.net/01454/42/59/1454269524_l.jpg

the masked drummer
QUOTE (thesweetscience @ Dec 7 2006, 03:24 PM) That was pretty cool. You should post the whole song. I would like to see the whole thing. In due time, my friend. That's all we have edited right now. it took 5 hours just to get those 40 seconds, not to mention the 8 hours it took to capture all three cam angles. Hopefully I'll be posted the whole song soon. Thx. I appreciate your feedback! tmd

the masked drummer
I didn't see a section where TRF members can post their band's shows, but here's our schedule for the week: Wed December, 13 2006 9PM at Weekend Wednesdays - The Emerald Theatre - All Ages 31 N. Walnut Street, Mount Clemens, MI 48043 Cost: $10.00 Fri December, 15 2006 9PM at Friendly Fridays - Alvin's - All Ages 5756 Cass Ave., Detroit, MI 48202 Cost: $10.00 Sat December, 16 2006 9PM at Hard-Core Holidaze IV/Christmas Bash - St. Andrews Hall - ALL AGES 431 E. Congress, Detroit, MI 48226 Cost: $12.00 I'd buy any TRF member's ticket if they wanted to check us out. I don't think there are many members in SE Michigan though... Hope this isn't considered spam. I'll go see your local band if you invite me. lol

Probably only a few at most I'll keep quiet now..... Edited December 15, 2006 by launchpad67a
