I noticed that during La Villa Strangiato Geddy is playing new/different synth chords underneath Alex's solo and during the riff immediately after the solo, and personally I love it! It adds so much more depth and kind of gives it a spacey, ethereal feeling, compared to the studio version and even past live versions (ESL and ASOH)! So I figured I'd ask if anyone likes or dislikes it, and why!

From what I understand, he's playing the synth melody while Geddy plays his bass part. For this tour Alex is using a Moog Little Phatty MIDI-ed to a sampler that seems to have a sampled version of the original synth used to create that part, because it sounds very close to the studio version imo.

Ashamedly, I'll admit I've had Rush's "Heart Full of Soul" cover stuck all day

I'm going too, but on the 18th instead! My first RUSH concert ever, and Red Rocks seemed like a fitting place to see them; can't wait!!!
