FWIW, after I shave down there, putting a towel that's been in hot water over it prevents redness and itchiness.

I can so relate to this. I don't have BDD specifically (my "defect" is very real and not perceived) but I understand what it's like to live in a body that you hate. You definitely are not alone

When I try to open it, I get a message that says 'firefox is configured to a proxy server that is refusing connections.' Firefox, I don't have a proxy server. I've tried resetting to no avail. So now I'm stuck with using IE, which I seriously hate; or downloading a new browser, except I don't know anything about them. Every other person that uses this comp has access to FF. Any suggestions before I throw this stupid thing out the window?
