  1. I'm guessing this movie was made solely for the 3-D experience.
  2. I bought Relayer by Yes off of iTunes. I can do without the album artwork and liner notes for a $3 album.

  4. R.E.M. - Automatic For People Gorillaz - Gorillaz I love bargain bins.
  5. They all had their moments. But I voted for Will Ferrell. Anchorman basically says it all for him. Mike Myers is kinda a dull comedian for me, Austin Powers was the only really good stuff he did. For Adam Sandler the only movie I really enjoy is Happy Gilmore and probably Big Daddy.
  6. QUOTE (robertjames1971 @ Jul 4 2008, 10:13 PM) I don't want them to make a film out of this. The series is fine just the way it is. If you have a need to see Roland on screen King should write a new story for it. Something pre-Gunslinger. So my answer to the question is: I don't want anyone to play Roland. Their already is a pre gunslinger story out right now. The Gunslinger Born and The Long Road Home. I read in a article J.J. Abrams (Lost, Cloverfield) bought the rights for a film for $19 from Stephen King. Wiki also has The Dark Tower listed under future works: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/J._J._Abrams
  7. QUOTE (JohnnyBlaze @ Jul 6 2008, 12:40 AM) QUOTE (Mustard Death @ Jul 6 2008, 02:17 PM) Stfu JB, Wild Wild West was awesome You're on acid. That movie was garbage. It was just him in a cowboy outfit, a lot of special effects, cheesy Will Smith lines, and a whole lotta nuthin' for story...although I didn't finish it because I thought it was crap. If you just change his cowboy outfit for a pilot's outfit then you'd have Independence Day (sfx, cheesy lines, etc.) Thats what made Wild Wild West so awesome.
  8. QUOTE (Marathonist @ Jul 6 2008, 09:26 AM) He is SUCH a bad actor. No emotion at all , and it's like he's reading his lines straight off of the script. Bill & Ted was the zenith of his talents. The Matrix was good but would've been even better with someone else. Wasn't that why the Wachowski's picked him for The Matrix? I saw a trailer for The Day The Earth Stood Still a few days ago. Does it even follow the same plot as the original?
  9. Hancock - 6.5/10 An entertaining movie, but I have no intention of ever buying it. The plot was a lot deeper then the commercials make it out to be.
  10. QUOTE (ReRushed @ Jul 1 2008, 05:37 PM) Get Smart - 6.5/10. It was okay, but definately a "wait for the DVD" movie. The cast was great, especially Alan Arkin, but the movie played it pretty safe with the plot/story. There were some great one-liners, though. The excellant cast made the movie work. What is that Get Smart straight to dvd knock off that is coming out? Whats the point?
  11. Man On The Moon - 7.5/10 Andy Kaufman is a weird man.
  12. I get two free movies a week at the movie theater I work at, so I am definitely going to see this one.
  13. No 4th, I have Ok Comp, Bends, and In Rainbows. Do I just need to let it grow on me? PS. Let me just throw out their, High And Dry has a PERFECT chord progression.
  14. I picked up Amnesiac a little while ago and listened to it twice so far. Nothing is clicking so far.
  15. QUOTE (deadwing2112 @ Jun 24 2008, 11:38 PM) Night Of The Living Dead - 6.5/10 My least favorite of the first 3 dead movies by Romero. I found myself bored during parts of the movie. It was the 1968 version, but a really cheap version. The Incredible Hulk - 6.5/10 Not really memorable but worth seeing at least once.
  16. Night Of The Living Dead - 6.5/10 My least favorite of the first 3 dead movies by Romero. I found myself bored during parts of the movie.
  17. QUOTE (Storm Shadow @ Jun 23 2008, 07:40 AM) House of the Dead has been overthrown by I Know Who Killed Me on my list. I can't imagine a worse film ever being made. Did you know House Of The Dead spawned a sequel? The first one was so terrible.
  18. QUOTE (priest_of_syrinx @ Jun 23 2008, 12:50 PM) QUOTE (deadwing2112 @ Jun 22 2008, 09:15 PM) I picked up Nil Recurring yesterday. I was surprised to see it at best buy. Did they have any other copies? I got mine in Fargo. But they did have about 4 copies.
  19. I picked up Nil Recurring yesterday. I was surprised to see it at best buy.
  20. Nil Recurring by Porcupine Tree Amnesiac by Radiohead
  21. I'm going to Blue Oyster Cult tomorrow.
  22. Are these movies all gonna be released in one package someday? I think I will just wait for that right now, and what happens to Futurama after the movies?
  23. Dawn Of The Dead (the remake) 3.5/10 some stuff they got right but mostly it was garbage. Zombies shouldn't run.
  24. All Vinyl. ELP - Pictures At An Exhibition Asia - Alpha Rupert Holmes - Partners In Crime Caravan - Caravan And The New Symphonia The Caravan album says its a promo and not for sale. Does that make the value go up?
