I normally don't let band personalities influence if I listen/support the band or not, but with Mustaine... I don't listen to them anymore. http://i178.photobucket.com/albums/w276/custom55/DICK_zpsqfwszcfd.jpg

David Gilmour MSG NYC April 11, 2016 Start: 8:10pm 15 min intermission at 9:15pm Ending: 11:00pm Section C; row 9 ( 9 rows from the stage ). What a great show from David. Before David came on stage and during the intermission, sound snippets from DSOTM, Grandchester Meadows and other oddities was subtly played over the sound system to provide a spacey atmosphere to the venue. I loved it. The crowd was mostly 'older' and we all sat down for most of the show. The sound was perfectly mixed with the PF round disk dominating the center of the stage with a fantastic light show. Spoiler alert It seems the youtube police are removing posts or the soundtrack of David's 2016 concerts so I have a sample on dropbox. Enjoy because I sure did. https://www.dropbox.com/s/4zxrjn9wxf9aqmc/IMG_2483.m4v?dl=0

I think vinyl is more accessible now and more and more new releases are coming out on vinyl. Check out National Record Store Day. This year is falls on April 15. A lot of vinyl that was previously out of print gets re-released that day. Oh, buy the The Who - Live at Leeds 40th anniversary on vinyl. OMG the sound !!! http://www.recordstoreday.com/Home

A new band to me. Causa Sui. They've been making music since 2005 but I've recently discovered them. I take hikes while listening to their music.
