This has been driving me crazy, on the CD version of Time Machine live there's a very noticeable mistake at the beginning of Tom Sawyer where it sounds like the synth was triggered twice or something, but when I watch it on the DVD it's not there. Was this something they cleaned up for the DVD and just decided to leave it on the CD?

Are you kidding? The rape scene is tame compared to some of the stuff they put out today. Watching it now, it's more comical than anything.
